A wholesaler built on volume and straight dealing

Avenro Wholesale is a UK wholesaler based in Ilford. We buy and sell stock in bulk and can source products to order.

We work only with businesses, and every deal is handled by enquiry. Tell us what you want to buy or sell, and we'll come back with a straight answer and a fair price based on the volume involved.

Delivery and returns

Every deal is quoted individually, so delivery cost and timing are confirmed on your quote.

Delivery

UK-wide pallet and parcel delivery, tracked. Outside the UK on enquiry.
Collection from [collection address] by appointment.
Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared or the order is confirmed on an approved credit account.
Someone must be available to sign. Check the goods and note any damage on the delivery note.
Report shortages or damage within [48 hours] of delivery, with photos.

Returns

We trade with businesses only, so the consumer 14-day cancellation right does not apply.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods: tell us within [x] days and we'll replace, credit or refund.
Change of mind: only with our written agreement. A restocking fee of [x%] may apply.
Job lots and clearance stock sold as seen, and special orders, can't be returned.
Email [email protected] for a Returns Authorisation number before sending anything back. Refunds are made within [14] days of receiving the goods.
